The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Website or the Services offered by the Company for any reason, without notice and without liability to you or any third party. Shipping Policy

Neelufer Creations offers FREE shipping on every order for most locations within India if the value of the order is greater than Rs.999/-. For certain locations within India and for values below Rs.1000/- per shipment, actual delivery charges will be charged.

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.

We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered within 8-9 working days.

This Website provides access to pricing, news and other information services related to apparel and ethnic wear.

 

Registration

To register onto the Website the User will have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy) and choose a user name and password.

Registration is only a one time process and if the Member has previously registered, he shall login / sign into his / her account. You will be required to provide us with your name and other details, including but not limited to, e-mail, contact number, contact address and customer verification question (example: your mother's maiden name), which will be used for verification purposes. Confidentiality will be maintained on the personal details furnished.

Order

All orders are considered complete only after the payment has been received by Neelufer Creations as confirmed by our payment.

To confirm the orders, Neelufer Creations may contact Customers who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Customer a verification question. Neelufer Creations will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Customer.

Once the purchase of the item(s) is confirmed by the Customer, Neelufer Creations will arrange to pack and deliver the product to the Customer.

Product Availability

In view of timing differences, there is a possibility that the item ordered by the Customer might have been sold since and might not be available in stock at that point of time.

In such an event, Neelufer Creations will call the Customer (if he has registered on the Website) and suggest an alternate product. In case the Customer chooses a different product, Neelufer Creations shall confirm the new order. If the cost of the new selection is more expensive than the previous one, the Customer shall have to pay the differential amount. If the cost of the new selection is less expensive than the previous one, Neelufer Creations shall refund the excess amount to the Customer in the manner specified below in this Terms of Use.

Payment

Neelufer Creations offers multiple payment options to Customers on the Website:

1. Online Payment: Customers can make online payments using his/her credit/debit card; and we as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
   In the event the bank rejects to honour any payment transaction made by a Customer towards an order, Neelufer Creations shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Customer without any liability whatsoever.

1. Cash on delivery: Our courier partner supports cash on delivery as a payment option at no additional charges. Customers can opt for this payment mode by selecting the ‘Cash on delivery’ option in the checkout page.

Refunds

Any refunds due by Neelufer Creations to the Customer shall be made in the following manners:

1. Credit card: The credit card account of the Customer will be re-credited with the refund amount by the Neelufer Creations. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer's account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card; or
2. Cheque or wire transfer: The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by Neelufer Creations within ten (10) business days after the receipt of request for refund by the Customer has been approved.

Cancellation

Any order cancellation request will be entertained only within 15 days from order date. No exchange/return/cancellation request will be allowed after the 15 day period from order date.

Usage of Promo code by the Company

1. Neelufer Creations has the right to refuse the usage of any promo code at any point of time. Promo codes which have expired cannot be used on the Website.
2. Neelufer Creations can at any time ask the Customer for the proof of having received the promo code.
3. Promo codes can be used only on specific orders as deemed fit by ­Neelufer Creations.
4. Promo codes,at Neelufer Creations’s discretion are applicable on certain items, on specific orders,or on specific dates and occasions.
5. Promo codes cannot be clubbed with any other special offer running on the site.
6. For offline payment mode the promo code will be accepted only within the date of expiry of the promo code.
7. For a payment received after the expiry of the promo code the discount will not be applicable on that order.

All trademarks, services marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary to Neelufer Creations. No information, content or material from the website and / or services may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without the Neelufer Creations's express written permission

You acknowledge that when you access a link that leaves the website, the site you will enter into is not controlled by Neelufer Creations and different terms of use and privacy policy may apply. Those who access the website and / or services do so, on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including, but not limited to, any applicable local laws. The terms of use is governed by the laws of India. Any action, suit, or other legal proceeding, which is commenced to resolve any matter arising under or relating to this letter, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur. 

In the event of breach of the terms and conditions of this terms of use by the user, the user shall be promptly liable to indemnify Neelufer Creations for all the costs, losses and damages caused to Neelufer Creations as a result of such a breach. Further in the event of your breach of this terms of use, you agree that Neelufer Creations will be irreparably harmed and will not have an adequate remedy in money or damages. Neelufer Creations therefore, shall be entitled in such event to obtain an injunction against such a breach from any court of competent jurisdiction immediately upon request. Neelufer Creations right to obtain such relief shall not limit its right to obtain other remedies. 

Any failure of Neelufer Creations to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this terms of use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
